IMPRESSION

We support all Intraoral Scanning System (iTero, 3 Shape Trios, Sirona) capable of producing 3D images in STL format.

Option A:
Capture and send us a scanned Digital Impression at the clinic.

Option B:
Send us the Analog Impression, we digitalize the model using a desktop scanner at the laboratory.

Either option can be a viable way to proceed further.

CAD DESIGN

Incorporate the latest Dental CAD Software, to process the scan data and design the most appropriate dental restoration. Our software supports the design of various restoration – Implant, Crown and Bridges, Removable.

Discuss and Communicate the design with you, to deliver the best possible outcomes for your patients.

CAM MANUFACTURE

Transfer to the Dental CAM Software, for nesting and calculation. Ensure the resulting restoration is of a desirable outcome, with the most advanced in-house CNC Milling, 3D Metal Sintering, 3D Resin Printing Equipments.

Select only the Finest Material for Zirconia, Titanium, CoCr and Resin, to fabricate high quality prosthesis.

FINISHING & DELIVERY

Refine the shape, texture and colour of the fabricated prosthesis by our experienced technicians. Inspect the finished prosthesis for accuracy and preciseness, to reduce your chairside adjustment.

We deliver the case on time with care, and welcome any feedback on the results.
